Withdrawal policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement, for example by email.

To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal.

For this reimbursement we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

If you requested that we begin the service before the end of the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the share of the services provided up to the withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal expires early if we have provided the service in full and only started performing after you expressly agreed to this and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract.
